Overall, the backback is good quality. It is spacious and truly waterproof, with good pockets and storage options inside.
The main issue I've encountered is after 2 and a half years of usage, the should straps have become uncomfortable. The material inside has shifted, which means that the straps are not evenly distributed. I've noticed that after wearing it a few days a week when going into the office, that my shoulders and sternum aches.
Two plus years of usage is decent, though I wished the backpack had lasted longer.
