I like this shirt a lot -- it is nicely textured like linen but not quite as crease-prone. I like the off-white colour with the brown buttons. It feels casual and hard-wearing but still stylish. I was disappointed to discover that it doesn't have a camp collar, but that was my fault for not looking more closely at the photos.
I am 5'3"/160cm and usually wear a UK size 12 or 14 on top. I bought both sizes to decide which one to keep. The 12 fit nicely and in a more classic way for a button-up shirt like this, while the 14 was definitely oversized on me. I really liked the oversized look of the 14 so I kept that, but the 12 would have worked well if I had wanted a more classic (but not fitted) look. So I think most people would be safe to size up or down according to their preferred fit, and the cut of the shirt accommodates both.
