Tracking your order in the UK
We aim to dispatch Standard Shipping orders from our warehouse within 48 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link from the relevant delivery carrier where you will be able to follow your parcel's progress. Please note it can take 24 hours for tracking numbers to become live.
Tracking your order internationally
We partner with Global-e for International Shipping and Returns. You can easily track your order on the dedicated help centre.
To track your order you will need your order ID (including the #) and the email address you used when placing your order.
