Website – Nutzung und Bestellung

Durch den Zugriff auf die Finisterre-Website erklären Sie sich mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden. Eine Online-Bestellung gilt als Annahme dieser Bedingungen. Bestellungen werden nach unserem alleinigen Ermessen normalerweise angenommen, wenn die von Ihnen bestellten Waren verfügbar sind und Ihre Kreditkarte autorisiert wurde. Ihre Karte wird automatisch bei der Bestellung belastet. Sollten wir Ihre Bestellung aus irgendeinem Grund nicht ausführen können, erhalten Sie eine vollständige Rückerstattung.



Der Vertrag zwischen uns (Finisterre) und Ihnen (dem /der Kunden/in) wird bindend, sobald wir Ihnen eine Rechnung (zusammen mit den Waren) zusenden. Sie sind Eigentümer der Waren, sobald diese an die angegebene Adresse geliefert wurden und wir die vollständige Zahlung erhalten haben. Bis dahin behalten wir uns das Eigentum an den Waren vor. Bei etwaigen Problemen kontaktieren wir Sie.

Preise und Verfügbarkeit 

Die Ihnen genannten Preise gelten zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung. Sollten sich die Preise ändern, informieren wir Sie per E-Mail, bevor wir Ihre Bestellung bearbeiten. Ihre Bestellung wird bestätigt, sobald wir Ihnen die Rechnung zusammen mit den Waren zusenden. 

Abweichungen bei Produktbildern 

Wir bemühen uns, die Bilder der Waren auf unserer Website so genau wie möglich darzustellen. Es kann jedoch zu leichten Abweichungen in Farbe und Textur zwischen den Bildern und den tatsächlichen Waren kommen. 

Unsere Aktionen sind sowohl online als auch im Geschäft gültig, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Einige Produkte, wie z. B. Fremdmarkenartikel, sind von Rabatten ausgeschlossen.

Das Willkommensangebot gilt nur für Neukunden, die ihre erste Bestellung tätigen. Kunden, die bereits bei Finisterre eingekauft haben, sind davon ausgeschlossen. Der 10%-Rabatt gilt nur für einen einzelnen, nicht reduzierten Artikel. Ausgeschlossen sind Produkte von Fremdmarken wie Literature, GuppyFriend Washing Bag, NIKWAX und Sex Wax. Der Rabatt ist nicht übertragbar, nicht in bar auszahlbar und gilt nur für eine Transaktion. Der Rabattcode muss im Online-Warenkorb eingegeben oder im Geschäft vorgelegt werden. Der Rabatt kann nicht auf Sale-Artikel, reduzierte Artikel oder Geschenkkarten angewendet werden.

The deadline for entry is midnight Tuesday 17th November 2026.

To enter the competition, customers must fully complete the customer survey sent by email on Saturday 17th October 2026.

The prize is for one Finisterre gift voucher to the value of £300 or $300.

Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received after the competition closes.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Finisterre reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

The prize is as stated, exclusive to the winner and is not transferable to another individual. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be exchanged.

These terms apply to free prize draws run by Finisterre on its official social media accounts. Please read them alongside the relevant giveaway post and any additional terms linked from it. Any giveaway-specific terms will be stated before entry opens and take precedence where they differ from these general terms.

1. Promoter
The promoter is Finisterre UK Limited, Unit 6 Wheal Kitty Workshops, St Agnes, Cornwall, TR5 0RD, United Kingdom. Any joint promoters will be identified in the giveaway-specific terms.

2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post, giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Finisterre, any partners involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Follow the entry instructions in the giveaway post, which will specify the opening and closing dates, closing time and time zone, and any entry limits. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
Automated entries, entries made using multiple accounts to exceed the entry limit, and entries that do not meet the published requirements may be disqualified.

4. Prizes
The giveaway post will describe the prize and the number of winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Any prize restrictions, expiry dates or costs not included will be explained in the giveaway-specific terms.

5. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process, or by or under the supervision of an independent person.
Unless otherwise stated, winners will be contacted within seven days of the closing date by direct message from the official Finisterre account running the giveaway. Any partner account authorised to contact winners will be identified in the giveaway post.
Winners must respond within seven days of the initial message and provide the information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to contact them. If a winner does not respond within this period or does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may select an alternative winner using the same process.
We will never ask you to pay a fee or provide bank or card details to claim a prize.

6. Prize delivery
Unless a different timeframe is stated before entry opens, prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the closing date. Standard delivery to an eligible address is included.

7. Personal information and winner details
Personal information supplied in connection with a giveaway will be used to administer it, verify eligibility and deliver prizes, in accordance with Finisterre’s Privacy Policy. Entering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the surname and county of major prize winners will be available on request by emailing hello@finisterre.live within three months of the closing date. Winners may object to this information being made available, or request that less information is shared, by contacting us. We may still need to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Any additional publicity involving a winner’s image or other content will be agreed separately.

8. Social media platforms
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the social media platform on which they appear. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release that platform from responsibility arising from their participation.

9. Changes and enquiries
We will only amend the terms or cancel a giveaway where exceptional circumstances make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the original giveaway post and will not unfairly disadvantage those who have already entered.

Finisterre is proud to announce a three-year partnership with Plant One and their groundbreaking environmental campaign No Trees No Seas. Rooted in emerging ecological research, the No Trees No Seas campaign plans to restore 500 hectares of coastal woodland over the next five years, including the development of upstream “Fish Forests” designed to directly support downstream marine ecosystems. The grant of three consecutive annual donations of £5000 can only be used for charitable purposes in line with Plant One’s mission.

Während eines Sale-Zeitraums können keine weiteren Angebote oder Rabattcodes verwendet werden. Verzögerungen bei Versandzeiten sind aufgrund des hohen Bestellaufkommens möglich.
