I checked the reviews before purchasing as it’s not cheap and I wanted a high level of waterproofing. I’m 6ft, medium build and went for the medium but when it arrived it was like a tent, absolutely huge. Anyway, it was easy to get a refund and buy the same jacket in a small which is still roomy but a much better fit and still able to get a fleece or insulated layer under. The only other thing I’d suggest is that the jacket is designed for very wet conditions but the front pockets don’t have storm flaps covering them, so if your hands are in your pockets and it’s raining heavily water trickles in, which seems a bit basic to be left off the this level of technical jacket. Overall, an excellent jacket though.
